Description: Join the Grand Traverse Conservation District and the Grand Traverse Audubon Club to celebrate October Big Day! The October Big Day is an annual bird census conducted throughout the world by volunteers like you - during this event you’ll be supporting conservation worldwide by submitting observations, counting birds, and learning how the data is entered online. Birding will take place around the Boardman River Nature Center and the Natural Education Reserve from 9am-11am. Meet at the Boardman River Nature Center.
