Located in Mayfield, just south of Traverse City, this 560-acre reserve features over a mile of frontage on East Creek and a beautiful diversity of forest types and wildlife habitat. In addition to over three miles of trails that wind through dense mature forests, open meadowlands and the picturesque lowlands of East Creek, a tributary of the Boardman-Ottaway River, the Boardman River Trail also passes through the property on the northwestern edge of the Reserve.
