East Creek Reserve is owned by Rotary Charities and managed for public use by the Grand Traverse Conservation District. Located in Mayfield, just south of Traverse City, this peaceful, uncrowded 560-acre reserve features over 3 miles of trails that wind through dense mature forests, open meadowlands and the picturesque lowlands of East Creek, a lively tributary of the Boardman River. The Boardman River Trail passes through and shares the trail on the northwestern edge of the East Creek Reserve.
