Quick tips for 2026 registration!

1. A new account must be created via our registration system (CampDoc). Returning Campers can simply login, new campers will create a new account.

2. Registering multiple campers?

   To ensure your camper’s spot you must submit payment before starting a new registration. After your first registration payment for your first camper, click “New Participant” on the far left navigation column, to sign up additional campers. We recommend you click “Save Payment Method” on your account. This will expedite your next registration(s). Once all camper registrations are complete, you MUST return to fill all out camper Health Profile forms and Trusted Contacts.

3. You do NOT need to purchase a Protection Plan.

   To opt out of this service, click “Decline Protection Plan”. GTCD cannot cancel or refund any Protection Plan purchases.

4. Transactions for Nature Day Camp 2026 will show on your statements as: DocNetwork, Inc. (Ann Arbor, MI)

5. You have three options for payment.

   On the payment screen, you will be offered three different options.

   1. Pay in Full: This is your option to pay in full.

   2. Pay the Minimum: This is the non-refundable weekly deposit

   3. Other: Use this option to set your amount. This amount can be anything more than the non-refundable weekly deposit -OR- less than the pay in full option.

6. All remaining balances will be entered into a payment plan.

   If you choose NOT to pay in full, your balance will be entered into a payment plan. You can adjust the frequency and date of payment.
