Description: Celebrate spring break at GTCD with fun and exciting activities every day of the week!

Forest bathing is a restorative sensory exploration typically practiced with a group of people gathered outside in a natural environment. The guided sequence is typically 2 hours long and combines rest and wandering, interspersed with facilitated group gatherings and solo time. Unplug, slow down, and awaken the senses! Forest Bathing is part of a global effort to tend to the stressful conditions of living in modern industrialized civilization. This program is geared towards adults (18+).
