The Details:

Native Plant Sale
When: Sat, May 18, 8am – 3pm & Sunday, May 19 from 11:00am-2:00pm
Where: Boardman River Nature Center, 1450 Cass Road, Traverse City
Description: Update your home landscape with some native plants that are beautiful, well-adapted to our climate, and support a variety of animals living in our region. Plant experts will be on hand to help you pick out the perfect native plants from our selection of over 40 species.

For over seven decades, the Grand Traverse Conservation District has worked to conserve the natural resources that sustain the Grand Traverse region. Today, the Conservation District is leading the effort to engage our whole community as partners in this conservation effort with the goal of fostering a truly sustainable community.  By participating in our Native Plant Sale, you are not only financially supporting our critical education and conservation efforts, but you are personally modeling responsible stewardship of our natural world!
