February 26th-Slitherin’ Snakes

Hi Grown-ups!

Today we learned about snakes from Mrs. Levi. She had a lot of stories for us and we got to share some of what we knew about snakes too. We made snakes with play dough,  rubber snake prints, and drew our own snake with markers and bingo dot paint.

Outside, we drew with water and food coloring in the snow-it was a blast! Some of us made snakes and some of us just really enjoyed dying the snow different colors.┬áNext week, we will be learning about another animal with scales…Fish! Don’t forget to wear your snow pants so you can play in the snow and hike to look at the pond.

See you next Tuesday!
