October 16th – Harvest Hoots!

Hi Grown-Ups!
This Tuesday we learned all about owls! We were supposed to learn about bones but a slight transportation mishap caused us to switch things around. We learned all sorts of interesting things about how owls looks, listen, and fly. We made owl masks, owl puppets, played an owl and mouse game, read owl moon and had a very special story from Ms. Jenifer. It was a HOOT of a day!

Next week we will be learning all about bones. We’ll be doing one of our favorite crafts AND examine so real animal bones and skeletons from animals in the area! So make sure you come next week to learn, laugh and explore at our “Funny Bones” program! As always we will be going outside, so please dress for the cooler and sometimes rainy weather!

Have a fantastic week!
